HOLISTIC THERAPIST- The individual will perform a wide variety of holistic services for guests to help them achieve optimal health and wellness by gaining proper balance in life- body, mind, spirit and emotions.

Minimum skills and Expertise:

• Minimum skills and expertise.
• International certification in spa, holistic healing, holistic therapies (preferred) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge in Holistic treatments and healing such as Reiki, Aromatherapy, crystal healing, reflexology.
• Knowledge in mental and emotional health.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong sense of connection and belonging.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.

HOLISTIC TRAINER- Individual must have the ability to asses, train and mentor holistic therapist to constantly to consistently deliver treatments of highest standard.

BUTLER- As a butler, the individual should be e a key point of contact for our esteemed guests and VVIPs throughout they stay at the resort. He/she should be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the resort and serve as a one stop shop for all guests request about and around the resort. The individual must be capable of providing courteous, professional, efficient, flexible and personalized service at all times. It is eminent for this individual to be well groomed, clean, pleasant at all times, creating renowned memorable experience for all the guests.

Minimum skills and Expertise:

• Minimum skills and expertise.
• Bachelor or diploma in hotel management specialist in f&b services or relevant degree.
• Minimum one year work experience in the same / similar role.
• Knowledge of using the point of sale software, property management software and any other system or software to perform the duties.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.

MARKETING COMMUNICATION EXECUTIVE

Essential Experience and Expertise for the role include:

• Preparation and analyse marketing and communication reports.
• Promotion of products and services during event and in the different platforms.
• Coordination of design for promotional materials.
• Advertising our product / services on various channels and monitor our social media account.
• Crafting and spending regular newsletters with company updates.
• Tracking ROI for marketing campaigns.
• Gathering customer feedback to escalating information .
• Following up with suppliers for production and paperwork.
• Performing market research and bench marking.
• Organizing and hosting media trips and other events.
• Monitoring corporate website and social media pages and address clients queries.networking with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness.

Other attributed skillsets:

• Proven experience in similar position.
• Strong understanding of the marketing, PR and communication projects and procedures.
• Familiar with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns.
• Hands on experience with web connect management.
• Experience with marketing campaigns and content development on social media.

SALES MANAGER

Essential experience and expertise for the role include:

• Demonstrating strong negotiation skills to maximize resort profit in all revenue producing area.
• Ability to manage own quotas and create sales plans to pro actively experiment and improve executions within markets under their portfolio.
• Capable of monitoring real-time progress and analyze data.
• Ability to develop and actively watch over key accounts and meet revenue targets set for business
• Ability to work in a high pace, cross functional environment that is different everyday.
• Ability to deliver world class results, whilst continuously challenging themselves by building and executing on pipelines with new clients and partners to run the end to end sales process.
