REVENUE AND RESERVATIONS MANAGER

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Previous experience in luxury hotel/resort.
  • Strong leadership, ability to train and motivate team.
  • Highly interactive and people-friendly attitude.
  • Should be proficient in MS-Office,Opera-PMS
  • Fluency and business level communication skills in English.
  • Experience in handling OTA, E-commerce platform.
  • Excellent telephone presentation,sales skills and ability to up sell is a plus.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Candidate must has ability to work in a remote location or island life.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

  • To maximize hotel occupancy and average room rate by applying yield management,aiming to ensure guest satisfactionachieves the minimum required standard of 90% satisfaction.
  • To maximize rooms revenue through the management of all online selling channels to include but not limited to Accor hotels.com.
  • Monitor daily rates on all online platform and ensure competitiveness of rates versus specified competitor sets.
  • Candidate have to manage and monitor resort’s digital display and ranking on all TPI websites.
  • Promote the resort at every opportunity as an aspirational resort and the “first choice” for travelers seeking a luxury stay experience in the Maldives.
  • To maximize Hotel occupancy and average room rate by applying yield management,identifying and accurately recording guest needs and special requests, and conducting continues training for Reservations’ team. Candidate must be aiming to ensure guest satisfaction and achieves the minimum required standard of 90% satisfaction.

SPA & WELLNESS DIRECTOR

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Previous experience in luxury hotel/resort.
  • Strong leadership, ability to train and motivate team.
  • Diploma in Leisure Management or related fields.
  • Certificate in an alternative wellness practice i.e. homeopathy,naturopathy, TCM etc.
  • Certificate in Health Safety &Environment (HS&E).
  • Experience with integrated wellness approaches/working models.
  • Sports and body/mind practice techniques.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

  • To provide strategic leadership and direct operations to ensure the spa department achieves its goals and effectively contributes to the guest experience whilst maintaining Raffles Maldives Meradhoo Brand Standards.
  • Strategically direct the progress and performance of the business through sales and marketing and take ownership and responsibility in order to ensure maximum revenue.
  • Candidate must ensure consistent spa/wellness experience development to ensure that innovation and uniqueness is maintained.
  • Candidate have to monitor and analyze the products and services of competitive spas, to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Candidate have to Review all guest feedback results to implement improvements and ensure guest satisfaction.

HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Candidate must have previous experience in a similar function from a top end luxury island resort
  • Understanding of the Housekeeping processes desirable
  • candidate must have good command of English language – spoken and written.
  • Good attitude, career-oriented and passionate about the job
  • Physical fit to work under sun and long hours

RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Main purpose of the Villa attendant is to service the guestrooms, the guest floors and pantries to the standard defined in Housekeeping SOP manual.
  • To perform duties in the Public Area, laundry, linen room and flower room if the need be, and help in all Housekeeping duties to ensure a smooth operation of the department as a whole.
  • Maintains a full & comprehensive knowledge of the products and services available in the hotel, other ACCOR properties and the local area.
